That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth adopt the new West Perth Fire Department organizational structure, including the deletion of the position of Training Captain effective immediately; and That West Perth Council incorporate the duties of the Training Captain into the position of Deputy Station Chief for the West Perth Fire Department effective immediately; and That West Perth Council adjust the Deputy Station Chief honorarium to 58% of the Station Chief honorarium effective immediately.

That the Council for the Municipality of West Perth accept the Market Check as completed by Ward & Uptigrove; and That the Council for the Municipality of West Perth direct the CAO to proceed with implementation of the Market Check effective June 28, 2020 subject to phase-in and transition terms reviewed with Executive Committee; and That the Council for the Municipality of West Perth approve the staffing plan for the CAO, Clerks and Treasury departments and the CAO be authorized to proceed with implementation.
