Regular Council

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the agenda as presented.

That the Council of Municipality of West Perth accepts Consent Items 4.1 - 4.7 for information and the minutes of the November 1, 2021 Regular Council Meeting be adopted.

That West Perth Council adjourn at 7:04 p.m. for the purpose of a Public Meeting pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth receive the report entitled Application for Consent to Sever (No. B34/21) by Harry Den Haan on behalf of Joseph and Francine Looby affecting lands described as Lots 9 and 24, Part of Lots 8 and 25, Plan 315 (3998 Matilda Street Dublin) Hibbert Ward, Municipality of West Perth; and; That the West Perth Council recommend that the County of Perth Land Division Committee APPROVE the File B34/21 application for consent for easement for lands described as Lots 9 and 24, Part of Lots 8 and 25, Plan 315 (3998 Matilda Street Dublin) Hibbert Ward, Municipality of West Perth subject to the following two (2) conditions: Perth County Conditions: 1)That confirmation be received from a solicitor that the Certificate of the Official will be scanned and attached to the electronic registration of the Transfer; 2)That the Land Division Committee be provided with a description that is consistent with the application and equal to that required for registration of a deed/transfer or other conveyance of interest in land under the provision of the Registry Act or Land Titles Act (2 copies of Registered Reference Plan required and an electronic file containing the digital plotting of the description under the provision of the Registry Act or Land Titles Act, including the textual description of file format, map standards used, scale, and location information such as lot, concession and municipality in a georeferenced Autocad.dwg format). That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the West Perth Consolidated Statements as of October 31, 2021 report, as information.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Proposed 2022 Budget and Municipal Levies report, as information.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the correspondence, as information.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the reports from Councillors, as information.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth amend the COVID-19 Vaccine Policy as attached to By-law 85-2021 to reflect the added section 6: New Hires, and section 7: Review, as proposed.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth gives first, second and third and final reading to Zoning By-law Z253-2021, By-laws 85-2021, 86-2021 and 87-2021 this 15th day of November, 2021.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth proceeds in Closed Session at 7:44 p.m. for the purpose of addressing:  A proposed or pending acquisition or disposal of land by the Corporation.

That By-law 88-2021, being a By-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Perth be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed this 15th day of November, 2021.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth adjourn the Council meeting at 8:42 p.m.
