Regular Council

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accept the agenda as presented.

That the Council of Municipality of West Perth accept Consent Items 4.1 - 4.7 for information and the minutes of the September 8, 2020 Regular Meeting and September 8, 2020 Public Meeting be adopted.

That West Perth Council adjourn at 7:09 p.m. for the purpose of a Public Meeting pursuant to Section 34 of the Planning Act.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth receive the report entitled Application for Consent to Sever (No. B28/20) by Ritz Lutheran Villa c/o Jeff Renaud affecting lands described as Part of Park Lot 17, Plan 339, Mitchell (184 Napier Street, West Perth) dated September 8, 2020 prepared by the Consulting Planner on behalf of the County of Perth, for information; That Council recommends that the County of Perth Land Division Committee APPROVE the Application for Consent to Sever (No. B28/20), Part of Park Lot 17, Plan 339, Mitchell (184 Napier Street, West Perth), subject to the following conditions: 1. That confirmation be received from a solicitor that the Certificate of the Official will be scanned and attached to the electronic registration of the Transfer; 2. That the County be provided with a description that is consistent with the application and equal to that required for registration of a deed/transfer or other conveyance of interest in land under the provision of the Registry Act or Land Titles Act (2 copies of Registered Reference Plan required and an electronic file containing the digital plotting of the description under the provision of the Registry Act or Land Titles Act, including the textual description of file format, map standards used, scale, and location information such as lot, concession and municipality in a georeferenced Autocad.dwg format). Alternatively, the Committee being provided with an Order pursuant to Section 150 of the Land Titles A

That West Perth Council receive the report entitled Participation in the Perth County Mutual Aid Plan, dated September 21, 2020 and prepared by Fire Chief Bill Hunter for the information; and That West Perth Council authorize the West Perth Fire Department to participate in the County of Perth Mutual Aid Plan through Bylaw 60- 2020; and That Bylaw 69-2014 be repealed.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the reports from staff and Councillors as presented; and further that all committee minutes and correspondence not specifically dealt with by resolution be received and filed.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth gives first, second and third and final reading to By-law 60-2020, 61-2020 and Z236-2020 this 21st day of September, 2020, and the Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to sign same and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.

That By-law 62-2020 being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Perth be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed and that the said By-law be signed by the Mayor and the Clerk and sealed with the seal of the Corporation.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth adjourn the Council meeting at 7:52 p.m.
