Regular Council

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the agenda as presented.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accept the Consent Agenda items (4.1-4.12) for information; and That the minutes of the November 13, 2017 Public Meeting and Regular Council meeting be adopted.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth direct staff to prepare the Site Plan Agreement and adopting By-law for 7137 Line 16, Con 11 Lot 19 East Part Lot 20 with Gary and Gerda Dill.

That the Council of West Perth accepts the recommendation of the Energy & Environment Committee to host a Public Education seminar on Phragmites; And that a copy of the motion regarding Phragmites passed at the November 16, 2017 meeting of the Energy & Environment Committee, be sent to the County of Perth, Upper Thames Conservation Authority and the Provincial Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry, and Premier.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the reports from staff and Councillors as presented at the November 27, 2017 Council meeting; and further that all committee minutes and correspondence not specifically dealt with by resolution be received and filed.

That West Perth Council give third and final reading to By-law 80-2017 being a By-law to provide for a drainage works in the Municipality of West Perth in the County of Perth, be read for a third and final time and finally passed this 27th day of November, 2017.

That West Perth Council give first, second, third and final reading to By-law 105-2017, being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of the Branch B of the McMillan Municipal Drain 2015; By-law 106-2017, being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of the Branch C of the McMillan Municipal Drain 2015; By-law 107-2017, being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of the Geary Creek Municipal Drain 2015; By-law 108-2017, being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of the E Drain Geary Creek Municipal Drain 2015; By-law 109-2017, being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of the McDougall Municipal Drain 2015; By-law 110-2017, being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of the Seebach Municipal Drain 2016; By-law 111-2017, being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of the Wallace Municipal Drain 2016; By-law 112-2017, being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of the Burns Municipal Drain 2015; By-law 113-2017, being a By-law to authorize the sale of surplus land (Ulrich Harold Ledermueller and Marie Therese Lise Ledermuller); By-law 114-2017, being a By-law to appoint Tricia Smith as Deputy Clerk for the Municipality of West Perth.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth proceeds in Closed Session at 7:58 p.m. for the purpose of addressing matters pertaining to a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.

That By-law 115-2017, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Perth for the meeting dated November 27, 2017, be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed this 27th day of November, 2017.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth adjourn the Council meeting at 8:31 p.m.
