Regular Council

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the agenda as amended.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accept the Consent Agenda items 4.1-4.14 for information; and item 4.8 be dealt with separately; and That the minutes of the October 16, 2017 meeting of Council be adopted.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth supports Resolution 2017- 0152 passed by the Town of Halton Hills of August 28, 2017 supporting zero tolerance for racism of any kind, including Nazi'ism and white supremacy.

That West Perth Council adjourn at 7:09 p.m. for the Court of Revision.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth award the Carlingford Municipal Drain 2017 tender to Van Bree Drainage & Bulldozing Limited in the amount of $117,185.00 (without HST) only upon third reading of Provisional By-law 80-2017, Carlingford Municipal Drain 2017.

That the Council for the Municipality of West Perth receives the Revised Planning Process report as prepared by the Clerk; and That in accordance with the staff recommendation, the Planning Advisory Committee be dissolved and all Planning Applications be considered by Council as part of their regular meetings; and That the Clerk is be directed to bring forward an amended Procedural By-Law and Appointment By-Law reflecting this change.

That Municipality of West Perth Council authorize the renewal of the OPP Contract for a four (4) year term, and herein authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the contract as presented.

That West Perth Council receives the request from Beau's Grill and authorizes the use of the Visitors Information Centre for the purpose of the use of his Refreshment Vehicle until December 31, 2017

That West Perth Council receive the recommendation from West Perth Police Services Board to purchase of two Kalitec Radar Speed Signs and refer it to the 2018 Budget.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the reports from staff and Councillors as presented at the October 30, 2017 Council meeting; and further that all committee minutes and correspondence not specifically dealt with by resolution be received and filed.

That West Perth Council give first, second, third and final reading to By-Law 89-2017, Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a Site Plan Agreement between the Municipality of West Perth and Hilton Farms Inc. in the Municipality of West Perth in the County of Perth; By-law 90-2017, Being a B-law to authorize the execution of a Site Plan Agreement between the Municipality of West Perth and Nicolas John Louis Beimers in the Municipality of West Perth in the County of Perth; and By-law 91-2017, Being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of Branch A of the Horn Municipal Drain; and By-law 92-2017, Being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of the Beauchamp Creek Municipal Drain 2016; and By-law 93-2017, Being a By-law to amend By-law 15-2017 for the Northeast Municipal Drain 2016 serving the Municipality of West Perth and the Township of Perth East; and By-law 94-2017, Being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of Branch D of the Northeast Municipal Drain 2016; and By-law 95-2017, Being a By-law to provide for the collection of actual costs for the maintenance of Branch H of the Northeast Municipal Drain 2016; and By-law 96-2017, Being a By-law to amend By-law 70-2016 for the Darling Municipal Drain 2016 serving the Municipality of West Perth; and By-law 97-2017, Being a By-law to authorize the execution of a Site Plan Agreement between the Municipality of West

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth proceeds in Closed Session at 8:12 p.m. for the purpose of addressing matters pertaining to a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth give first, second, and final reading to By-law 99-2017, Being a By-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement of Purchase and Sale between the Municipality of West Perth and the respecting the sale of property owned by James Henry Rodhe and Gwendolyn Grace Rodhe in the Municipality of West Perth in the County of Perth.

That By-law 98-2017 being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Perth for the meeting dated October 30th, 2017 be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed this 30th day of October, 2017.

That the Council of the Municipality of West Perth adjourn the Council meeting at 9:42 p.m.
