That the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality of West Perth approve application file MV3-2026 submitted by Mike and Cynthia DeWetering, for lands described as Concession 7 East Part Lot 7, municipally known as 5650 Line 42, as it relates to: Relief from Section 5.1.3 (d), to increase the maximum permitted accessory structure height from 6 m to 6.55 m to facilitate the construction of an accessory structure, subject to the following conditions: i. That the proposed accessory structure addition be generally of a size, and in a location as identified on the applicant’s sketch(s) attached to this report, to the satisfaction of the West Perth Building Department; and ii. That the owners obtain any necessary Building Permit(s) within two years of the approval of the Minor Variance.
