That the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality of West Perth approve application file MV2-2026 submitted by Melady Acres Inc. c/o Pat and Cathy Melady, for lands described as Hibbert Concession 3, Lot 30, Subject to HEPC Easement, municipally known as 3789 Road 183, as it relates to: Relief from Section 6.3.3.2, to reduce the minimum front yard depth from 30 m to 24.3 m to facilitate a 111.48 m2 addition to an existing accessory structure, subject to the following conditions: i. That the proposed accessory structure addition be generally of a size, and in a location as identified on the applicant’s sketch(s) attached to this report, to the satisfaction of the West Perth Building Department; and ii. That the owners obtain any necessary Building Permit(s) within two years of the approval of the Minor Variance.
