That the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality of West Perth approve application file MV4-2025, submitted by Martin & Linda Feeney, for lands legally described as Plan 317, Lot 84 to 87, Concession 1; Part Lot 16, Hibbert Ward, Municipality of West Perth, as it relates to: Relief from Section 5.1.3 d) to increase the maximum residential accessory building height requirement from 5 m to 6.5m, subject to the following conditions: i. That the accessory building proposed by the applicant be generally of a size, and in a location as identified on the applicant’s sketch(s)attached to this report, to the satisfaction of the West Perth Building Department; ii. That the owners obtain any necessary Building Permit(s) within two years of the approval of the Minor Variance.
