That the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality of West Perth approve application file MV3-2025, submitted by Sarah and Devon Ward, for lands legally described as Plan 341 Part Park Lot 54, Mitchell, Municipality of West Perth, as it relates to: Relief from Section 16.1 to construct a pool, fence and pool shed (accessory uses/structures to a legal non-conforming residential use) in the Highway Commercial Zone; and Relief from Section 29.2 to construct a pool, fence and pool shed (accessory uses/structures to a legal non-conforming residential use) in the Holding Zone, subject to the following conditions: i. That the accessory uses/structures proposed by the applicant be generally of a size, and in a location as identified on the applicant’s sketch(s) attached to this report, to the satisfaction of the West Perth Building Department; ii. That the owners obtain any necessary Building Permit(s) within two years of the approval of the Minor Variance.
