That the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality of West Perth approve application file MV2-2025, submitted by Craig & Leanna Kelly, for lands legally described as Plan 341 Part Park Lot 80, Part East Street, and RP 44R6156 Part 1, Mitchell, Municipality of West Perth, as it relates to: 1. Relief from Section 5.1.3 d) to increase the maximum residential accessory building height requirement from 5 m to 5.9 m, subject to the following conditions: i. That the accessory building proposed by the applicant be generally of a size, and in a location as identified on the applicant’s sketch(s) attached to this report, to the satisfaction of the West Perth Building Department; and ii. That the owners obtain any necessary Building Permit(s) within two years of the approval of the Minor Variance.
