That the Committee of Adjustment for the Municipality of West Perth approve application file MV8-2024, submitted by Bio Agri Mix LP, for lands described as Plan 339, Park Part Lot 41, 44R6148 Part 2, Mitchell Ward, Municipality of West Perth, municipally known as 15 Wellington Street, as it relates to: (1) Relief from Section 19.3.8 of the West Perth Zoning By-law, to increase the maximum building height requirement from 12 m to 15.5 m; subject to the following conditions: (i)That the variance only applies to the 3.5 m increase in the maximum building height (15.5 m) for the portions of the building indicated on Architectural Drawing No. A301 “Building Elevations”, authored by Stanford Downey Architects; (ii) That the owners obtain the necessary site plan approval within two years of the approval of the Minor Variance; (iii) That the owners obtain the necessary Building Permit(s) within two years of the approval of the Minor Variance.
