That the Municipality of West Perth Committee of Adjustment approve application file A03-2024 submitted by Stephen & Courtney Vanhevel, for lands legally described as Part Park Lot 17, Plan 339, Mitchell, in the Municipality of West Perth, municipally known as 184 Napier Street, as it relates to: 1) Relief from Section 12.7.9 b), to reduce the minimum 1-bedroom dwelling unit floor area requirement from 55 m2 (592 ft2) to 40 m2 (430 ft2) for 1-bedroom units within the existing building, subject to the following conditions: i) That the Minor Variance only applies to proposed 1-bedroom units within the existing building; and ii) That the owner(s) obtain the necessary Building Permit(s) within two years of the approval of the Minor Variance.

That the Municipality of West Perth Committee of Adjustment approve application file A04-2024 submitted by Far Nes Farms Ltd., for lands legally described as Part Lot 21, Concession 5, in the Municipality of West Perth, as it relates to: 1) Relief from section 6.4.1of the West Perth Zoning By-law to reduce the MDS II setback from 328 m to 194.9 m; 2) Relief from section 6.3.3.2 to reduce the minimum front yard depth from 30 m to 20.9 m to facilitate an addition to an existing hog barn. The approval is subject to the following conditions: i) That the permission only applies to the proposed addition as applied for; and ii) That the permission is granted for 2 years from the date of the Committee’s decision.
