THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the agenda as presented.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accept the Consent Agenda items 4.1-4.4 for information; AND FURTHER THATthe minutes of the September 14th, 2015 meeting of Council be adopted.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth forward a request for maintenance under Section 74 of the Drainage Act to the Drainage Superintendent to arrange for the required work to be implemented for the following drains: Grey Branch of the Northwest Drain, Logan Ward and the Wallace Drain, Fullarton Ward .

THAT the Municipality of West Perth provides a letter to Tuckersmith Communication's SCF Application indicating that while not a partner and not contributing financially , that the Municipality of West Perth supports the project.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth recommend that Consent Application B17/15 by 1697677 Ontario Ltd ., 1697678 Ontario Ltd. , 1697679 Ontario Ltd . affecting property described as Part of Lot 1, Concession 1, Hibbert Ward, be approved by the Land Division Committee as the proposal conforms to the policies of the Provincial Policy Statement (2014) and the County of Perth Official Plan, subject to the following conditions: 1) That all taxes be paid in full; 2) That all financial requirements of the Municipality be satisfied; 3) That the owners seek and obtain an approved Zoning By-law Amendment to zone the severed parcels for the intended agricultural/industrial uses; 4) That the existing site plan agreement be modified to include only the retained lands and new site plan agreement be required for each of the proposed severed parcels; 5) That any municipal drains existing on the subject property be reviewed to apportion the assessment amount the parts to which the land was divided under Section 65 of the Drainage Act.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the reports from staff and Councillors as presented at the September 21, 2015 Council meeting; and further that all committee minutes and correspondence not specifically dealt with by resolution be received and filed.

THAT By-law 77-2015, Being a By-law to provide for the Maintenance and Repair of the Mielke Municipal Drain be read a first and second time this 21st day of September, 2015.

THAT By-law 77-2015, Be read a third and final time this 21 51 day of September, 2015.

THAT By-law 78-2015 being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Perth for the meeting dated September 18, 2015 be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed this 21 51 day of September, 2015.

THAT The Council of the Municipality of West Perth adjourn the Council meeting at 8:02 p.m.
