THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the agenda as presented.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accept the Consent Agenda items 4.1 - 4.3 for information; AND FURTHER THAT the minutes of the June 8, 2015 meeting of Council be adopted .

THAT By-law 48-2015, Being a by-law to provide for a drainage works in the Municipality of West Perth - Britton Municipal Drain 2015 be read now a 1st and 2nd time this 15th day of June, 2015 AND FURTHER THAT the Court of Revision be set for Monday July 13, 2015 at 7:05 p.m. and that tenders be received until Wednesday July 8, 2015 at 12:00 p.m.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth forward requests for maintenance under Section 74 of the Drainage Act to the Drainage Superintendent for the following drains: McCarthy Municipal Drain - Logan Ward, Osborn Municipal Drain - Logan Ward, E Drain of the Geary Municipal Drain - Hibbert Ward.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accept the 2015 Budget to Actual to June 11, 2015 Report and the 2015 Write-offs, Minutes of Settlement, Reductions, ARB Decisions to June 11, 2015.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accept the audit of the 2014 consolidated financial statements as prepared and presented by Grant Thornton LLP .

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth authorize and appoint a Public Meeting for a Zoning By-law Amendment application by Charles and Jean Delmage to be held Monday July 13, 2015 at 7:05 p.m.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth authorize and appoint a Public Meeting for a Zoning By-law Amendment application by K-C Warehousing Incorporated affecting property described as Part of Park Lot 19, Concession 1 (Mitchell Ward) to be held Monday July 13, 2015 at 7: 10 p.m.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth recommend to the County of Perth Land Division Committee that Consent Application B05/15 by K-C Warehousing Incorporated affecting property described as Part of Park Lot 53, Registered Plan No. 341 (Mitchell Ward) be approved as the proposal conforms to the policies of the Provincial Policy Statement (2014), County of Perth Official Plan, and the Municipality of West Perth Official Plan, subject to the following conditions: 1) THAT the severed parcel be added to the abutting parcel located to the north and owned by K-C Warehousing Incorporated and Patricia Skinner with the applicable conditions concerning deeding in the same name, application of Section 50 (3) and (5) of the Planning Act, and mortgage consolidation; 2) THAT the owner seek and obtain an amended Site Plan Agreement from the Municipality of West Perth that incorporates the lands to be severed within the Site Plan Agreement between K-C Warehousing Incorporated/ Patricia Skinner and the Municipality of West Perth. 3) THAT all financial requirements of the Municipality be satisfied.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth recommend to the County of Perth Land Division Committee that Consent Application B06/15 K-C Warehousing Incorporated affecting property described as Part of Park Lot 53, Registered Plan No. 341 (Mitchell Ward) be approved as the proposal conforms to the policies of the Provincial Policy Statement (2014), County of Perth Official Plan, and the Municipality of West Perth Official Plan, subject to the following conditions: 1) THAT the owner enter into a consent serving agreement with the Municipality of West Perth for construction of the roadway and associated municipal service extensions for Wimpole Street between Victoria Street and Albert Street; 2) THAT all taxes be paid in full; 3) THAT all financial requirements of the Municipality be satisfied.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth accepts the reports from staff and Councillors as presented at the June 15, 2015 Council meeting; and further that all committee minutes and correspondence not specifically dealt with by resolution be received and filed.

THAT By-law 91-2014, Van Loon Municipal Drain 2014, By-law 92-2014, B Branch of the Hill Municipal Drain 2014 be read a third and final time this 15th day of June, 2015.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth adjourn into a Closed Session at 8:08 p.m. in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239, for the following purpose: (a) The security of the property of the municipality or local board. (b) Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees: CAO Position.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth reconvene in Open Session at 8:59 p.m.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of West Perth approve the minutes of the June 15, 2015 Executive Committee meeting as presented.

THAT By-law 49-2015, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of West Perth for the meeting dated June 15, 2015 be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed this 15th day of June, 2015.

THAT The Council of the Municipality of West Perth adjourn the Council meeting at 9:08 p.m .
