That the West Perth Police Services Board approve option A as the Protocol for the Sharing of Information between the Municipality of West Perth and the West Perth Police Services Board to ensure compliance with the Adequacy and Effectiveness Regulation; and That the Police Services Board authorize and direct the Secretary of the Board to forward the Protocol for Sharing of Information to the Council of the Municipality of West Perth for approval by resolution of Council, in accordance with the provision of s.220.1 of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M.45. as amended; and That the Protocol for Sharing of Information come into force on the date of approval by Council of the Municipality of West Perth.
