That the Perth County OPP Detachment Board send correspondence to the County of Perth and the four lower-tier municipalities to initiate discussions regarding the implementation of automated road closure signs. Further, that staff be directed to send a formal invitation to the CAOs of the four lower-tier municipalities, the County Emergency Management Coordinator, Inspector Burrow, local Fire Chiefs, Emergency Services representatives, and the Ministry of Transportation (MTO), inviting them to a meeting with designated representatives of the Police Services Board—specifically Jerry Smith and Chair Todd Kasenberg—to review and discuss the proposed initiative.
