That the Heritage and Culture Committee accept the draft Land Acknowledgment report for their review and that the final suggestions/changes are to be addressed at the next Committee meeting upon which the final report will be forwarded to the Clerk's Department in order to be brought to the West Perth Council.

That the Heritage and Culture Committee recommends to the West Perth Building Department to proceed with the Pizza Hut project, and accepts package by Metro Signs, as presented; and, That the Committee directs staff to provide a list of the heritage-designated properties in West Perth on their next Committee meeting.
