That the Municipality of West Perth Committee of Adjustment receive the report dated January 28, 2021 prepared by the Municipality’s Consulting Planner, entitled Minor Variance Application No. D13-06-20 by Jeff and Yvonne Van Soest affecting lands described as Part of Lots 13 & 14, Concession 14 West, Hibbert ward (6926 Line 17); and That the Municipality of West Perth Committee of Adjustment APPROVE Minor Variance Application No. D13-06-20 to permit the construction of a new modular home as a prefabricated single detached dwelling on the property, with the shortest side of the structure measuring 4.88 metres; and That the approval shall be subject to the following condition: That the owner/applicant complete construction of the proposed structure within 1 year from the date of decision to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official and applicable Ontario Building Code requirements; and, That the proposed structure be constructed as per the details shown in the application.
