That the Municipality of West Perth Committee of Adjustment receive the report dated October 13, 2020 prepared by the Planner, entitled Minor Variance Application No. D13-04-20 by 789274 Ontario Inc. affecting lands described as Lot 11 Plan M44-73, Mitchell Ward (Duncan Street); and That the Municipality of West Perth Committee of Adjustment APPROVE Minor Variance Application No. D13-04-20 to permit a single detached dwelling having a maximum lot coverage of 46% so to allow for the establishment of a rear covered deck; and That the approval shall be subject to the following condition: That the structure be constructed as per the details shown in the drawings as provided with the application (site location and architectural detail) to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official.
