That the Application for Minor Variance by David Linton, Winnie Linton and Pam Linton (Application No. A03-2017) affecting a parcel of land described as East Part of Lot 54, Registered Plan No. 339, Mitchell Ward to reduce the required front yard from 4.5 metres to 1.44 metres for an unenclosed porch be approved as the subject application conforms to the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and the Zoning By-law, is viewed as "minor" in nature, and is desirable for the appropriate development or use of the subject property.
