That the Application for Minor Variance by Kees Kemmere and Marion Kemmere (Application # A02/17) affecting a parcel of land described as Part of Lot 32 and 33, South Thames Road Concession, Fullarton Ward be approved as the subject application conforms to the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and the Zoning By-law. The application is viewed as "minor" in nature, and is desirable for the appropriate development or use of the subject property: • That the owners obtain the necessary Building Permit to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official, ensuring that the approved variance applies only to the proposed dairy barn addition as illustrated with the application; and, • That the owners obtain the necessary Building Permit within two (2) years of the approval of the application.
