THAT the application for Minor Variance by Kevin Partridge A02/16 affecting a parcel of land described as Lot 5, Concession 15, Logan Ward, be APPROVED as the subject application conforms to the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is viewed as “minor” in nature, and is desirable for the appropriate development or use of the subject property. Subject to the following conditions: 1) That the owner obtain the necessary Building permit to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official, ensuring that the approved variance applies only to the proposed dwelling as illustrated with the application, and 2) That the owner obtain the necessary Building Permit within two years of the approval of the application.
