THAT the application for Minor Variance by Dan Diehl and Mar Van Pelt, ( Application No A02/15) affecting a parcel of land described as Part of Lot 275, Registered Plan No. 339, Mitchell ward, West Perth, ( 141 Nelson Street, Mitchell) for the purpose of reducing the minimum interior side yard requirement from 2.4 ,meters to 1.5 meters in order to construct an addition on top of the existing attached garage, be APPROVED as the subject application conforms to the general intent and purpose of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law, is viewed as “minor” in nature, and is desirable for the appropriate development or use of the subject property.
