WHERE Resolution 3/15 was passed at the January 12, 2015 Council meeting regarding the Hoegy Farm Supply Ltd., Ontario Municipal Board Appeal that a resolution would be prepared for the January 19, 2015 meeting for Council consideration; AND WHEREAS in consultation with the municipal solicitor, an extension is requested due to scheduling conflicts with all parties involved; THEREFORE the Council of the Municipality of West Perth agree to defer consideration of a motion regarding the Hoegy Farm Supply Ltd. Ontario Municipal Board Appeal until such time as the Municipality's solicitor has returned a recommendation for consideration.
